New Booking & Cancellation Policy

As of Sept 1st, Credit/Debit card details will be required at the time of booking and kept on file only to be used in the event of a ‘no show’ or late cancellation (less than 24hrs) whereby you will be asked to pay for the treatments.
 

A booking deposit of 25% will have to be paid to secure your booking which can be done through the website. In cases where less than 48hours is given to cancel or in the event of a no-show, you will lose the deposit paid.

I have resisted implementing such a policy for several months now but unfortunately, due to a reoccurring lack of consideration for my service over the summer months in particular, I have been left with no choice but to make very clear my policies regarding bookings and cancellations going forward.
